We use regenerative and organic practices on our five-acre farm to source our ingredients for our food and beverage menus—a true farm to table experience. Set in a beautifully restored 100+ year old schoolhouse in the heart of Oak Hill, our restaurant honors the spirit of learning and community that once filled these walls.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our guests' dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and beverages. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail driven by passion for hospitality!

Responsibilities: 
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests
  • Answer questions about the menu and preparation
  • Create unparalleled world class dining experiences
  • Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
  • Check with guests periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
  • Provide guests with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
Qualifications: 
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • TABC and Food Handlers REQUIRED upon hire
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years experience in casual/fine dining restaurants or cocktail bars
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, etc.
  • Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Experience with Toast POS
Pay: 
  • $2.13/hour + tips 
Compensation: $2.13 per hour
